APC COURIER SERVICE

 

We currently use APC’s fragile liquid service to send out our online shop orders. We try our best to operate on a next working day delivery schedule, but during unusually busy periods this can take longer. Because of this, we advise that your order may take between 3 to 5 working days to arrive.

 

Christmas Courier Service

 

As orders increase over the Christmas period we will be allocating more resources to help get your beers out to you as quickly as possible. If you wish to receive your delivery before Christmas, we recommend you place your order with us by 12 midday on Monday 19th December.

However, we will endeavour to send out all online shop orders placed up to 12 midday on Thursday 22nd December. We will be sending these out daily on a first come first severed basis. based on APC’s fragile liquid service you should receive your order by 4pm on Friday 23rd December.

Please contact APC if your parcel has not arrived by this point, referencing your tracking number that you will have received via email from APC.

 

New Year’s Courier Service

 

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed between, 12 midday on Thursday 22nd December and 12 midday on Thursday 29th December, by Thursday 29th December and based on APC’s fragile liquid service this should reach you by 4pm on Friday 30th December. 

 

Please contact APC if your parcel has not arrived by this point, referencing your tracking number that you will have received via email from APC.

 

Any orders placed after 12pm on Thursday 29th December will be collected by APC on Tuesday 3rd January 2023, at which point our normal shipping service will resume.
